Working parents live with two realities at once: building a career while raising a family. Every day brings decisions, compromises, unexpected joys and difficult moments that rarely have simple answers. While there is no shortage of expert advice, some of the most meaningful guidance comes from lived experience—from conversations with a colleague after a difficult day, a lesson learned through trial and error, or a quiet moment of honesty between parents who understand.
Tissande exists to preserve those reflections.
